All crops are growing normally except potatoes. They are growing to one step before potatoes can be harvested and then stopping. Bone meal does work to get them to grow but only to the stage before potatoes form. If you mine the crop at this point nothing drops when a single potato should. This issue has been in the last 2 updates.
