i have a big chicken farm in my world, it might be lag but when i walk near it all i can hear is the chickens, no footsteps, no door sound

Steps to Reproduce:*
1. build a big chicken farm
2. fill it with +20 chickens (this might be the reason ie. lag?)
3. c if u can here anything near it besides chickens
