update to 1.11.0 breaks exp farms.  The exp farm that takes spawner created entities and drops them to deal damage allowing one punch kills is currently broken.  It appears something changed with entities being pushed off a block.  Now my farm gets quickly clogged up because entities on blocks are not pushed off by adjacent entities being pushed by water.
