When playing the game, my screen freezes randomly for 5-10 seconds and then it works again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game as well as using Windows' troubleshooter (which did not find any issues to solve) or messing with the video settings to get the minimum resources and still it does not work. 

I have a pretty decent computer for playing Minecraft (i7 processor, 16gb of RAM and GeForce 760 graphics) and everything (Windows version, etc.) is updated, therefore I do not think it is a matter of my computer. In fact I have never had any issues with my Java edition concerning neither lag nor freezing.
