My game crashed, and my 20 MineCoins now read zero, and my purchases are lost.  I had a halloween pack and the redstone mansion.  Several of us spent several dozens of hours adding a neighborhood to the redstone mansion, but now that world is locked.  I will miss the Redstone Mansion a lot more than the one I spent money on.  My brother Jeff died recently, and I was wanting to revisit this world.  Logging out and back into xbox did not fix it.  The 'restore purchases' does not fix it.  Is there any way to get them back?  Do I need to apply for a refund for the other?
