I was playing survival on a fresh new 1.11 world

It was on peaceful and i spawned next to a village.

I go into a cave and i start mining coal, then my game crashes and closes. 

I open it again and try to mine the coal again but this time further away.

It seems that the game crashes sometimes when the player mines a block that is really close and directly in front of him.
