Minecraft store content is not usable offline in local play. I do not always play this game online, in fact my friends and I actually prefer linking up locally to play. The store content is not usable unless I'm signed into a Microsoft account. Why is that? I bought it and anyone who would be using my switch should be able to use the content, that way you don't have to buy the same content multiple times. Until this changes I will no longer be buying content from the store which is kind of a shame because my family likes the mashup packs.
