When sleeping the camera go up a few blocks.

Smooth stone's recipe is gone you can't smelt stone into smooth stone.

3.Villagers

They don't reset there trades.

I don't know but entering nether portals feel more dicey. and minecraft feels more lagy entering new chunks...
