Recently I updated to Android 4.3. While it added many great features, I am now unable to enter Unicode characters on signs.

If you want to try this yourself, upgrade to Android 4.3, and try entering Unicode characters on a sign, or in any text-entering interface within Minecraft PE (besides realms login).

What I expected to happen was:
The Unicode characters to enter, as usual.

What actually happened was:
Nothing happened, like in the pre-0.7 updates.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade system to Android 4.3.
2. Open up chat or a sign, and try entering Unicode onto it.
3. Nothing will happen.
