When loading from a save in the end(for me, I was restarting to backtrack falling into the void) and the loading screen will cap at 95%. The last bar does not fill up, and the background will stop functioning, however the tips will work indefinitely. Is this save too corrupt to fix? I had to make an account just to post this-
