When you break a block with a bow the white circle that shows if its almost broken doesn't appear

      It didn't show up when I broke the block
      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
      2. ... Go into any survival world and make sure you have a bow
      3. ... Try to break at least a fence block and the white indicator won't show
