      When the new player animations got introduced in 1.13, the leash got attached to the wrong part of the body.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Use a leash on any mob;
      2. Switch to Third Person View.

      Observed Results:
      The leash is attached to the player's elbow.

      Expected Results:
      The leash is perfectly attached to the player's hand.

      Screenshots/Videos attached: Yes

      Notes: This should probably be an easy fix.
