So far I've only noticed yellow beds to do this but they are completely Invisible! I am not using any texture packs and only one mod, which I removed to check and it's still invisible. They still work but they only have an outline of where they should be when aimed at.

Ok then, nevermind? I slept in them once and they came back permanently.
