Items in chests and inventory randomly disappear

      Hi
      The version is 1.12.0 on xbox one there is no option for xbox
      I just logged back into my Minecraft world and items have gone missing.
      They were previously there 90 minutes ago.
      These include a full single chest of cobblestone, a rabbits foot, totem of undying, experience bottle and an other item which I can't remember .
      Please see pictures below with co-ordinates and locations of missing chest and items.
