The problem:

Every time I load up minecraft Java edition on my Nintendo switch I wait for my Microsoft account to connect (otherwise I can't load up my world or any others) , but when it connects a black screen pops up saying 'The software was closed because an error occurred.' i've tried countless times to load up my world's or the provided servers but seize to be able too.

Expected results:
I hope that the screen never pops up again as it irritates me that I can't get onto my world I will try to attach a video.
