Higher Resolution Textures are broken for some entities

      For textures that are higher than the 16 bit versions, the Turtle and Fox textures screw up, and what looks like they shift their textures 2 pixels to one side. The format of the textures are correct. Attached is the pack and the textures that are screwing up.
