In realms when you hold on an item in the hotbar (to throw it) when it is 'thrown' it is simply dropped on the floor directly at your feet. So if you are giving someone an item, you have to 'throw' the item and then quickly run backwards to avoid picking it up again - this is anoying.

Ps: im not whitelisted on any servers, i use Pocketmine realms, (i dont know if this affects anything to do with this bug)
