I'm having this problem when playing with rift s and touch controllers.

Example: I'll select item 2 than as soon as I use it, it switches to item 7. If I change back to 2 and use , it switches back to 7 . Sometimes it changes to another random slot if I start using whatever it got stuck on.

My 'fix' : remove an item from the tool bar and put it back. Button mashing seems to fix it sometimes too

I've died enough times from this to make me not want to play till it's fixed . Please help.
