My son wanted to start to play online. 

But after signing in with a microsoft account the game crashes on startup. 

Some of the fixes I have found don't seem to work.

It amazes me this is still an issue. 

after disabling wifi. the game starts, tries to sign in to ms, freezes, crashes back to ios. So im not able to signout.

one would think that as of version 1.12.1 the game would be stable or at least is able to tell there is a problem with an error description. instead it just crashes boom bang gone.

I changed the password and changed some privacy account settings. Waited one day and was able sign in with the new password and so far everything works.
