      22 Dec 23 - This issue seems to be resolved for most people, but a little more work remains to be done. To simplify continued tracking of this issue, we have closed this report and will be tracking any remaining and future incidences at MCPE-177765 for Nintendo Switch or MCPE-177684 for other platforms. In the future, please upvote and comment there if you are experiencing the problem of Marketplace downloads that don't finish. Don't forget to include the exact title, creator name, and the platform you're using.

      14 Sep 22 - Thank you for your patience while we continue to work on addressing the issue raised here. While we don't have an ETA for a fix at this point, please be assured we are actively looking into a solution and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

      For those still affected, please try clearing the cache in the latest version, to see if that helps.

      1. Navigate to Minecraft > Settings > Storage
      2. Select and delete any world templates and cached items that you don't need
      3. Exit Minecraft and restart your device

      For Nintendo Switch specifically, you can also:

      1. Navigate to Minecraft > Settings > Storage
      2. Press the Clear Marketplace Cache button at the top
      3. Exit Minecraft and restart your device

      I have downloaded multiple mash up packs from the marketplace and it worked fine, until now. It now shows a blue exclamation mark and it makes the world unable to download. The skins wok fine
