Can confirm for 0.10.4 on iPhone 6 plus (iOS 8.1.3). Explanation: ice placed directly above water or lava allows the player too see through other fluid blocks of the same type. This should not be listed as a duplicate of MCPE-4228 as it concerns a completely different issue.
