Crashes after going through initial menus.  Allows you to enter a world (existing or new) but crashes immediately afterwards.  Have gone through all Nintendo's suggested troubleshooting options, including deleting and re-loading software and checking for corrupt data.  Have tried this and re-setting the console several times on different days but still no joy.  The message I'm getting says "The software was closed because an error occurred."  I have tried going through the problem with Nintendo, who have referred me to Mojang.
