Since the update to 1.13.0 I have been unable to see my Dedicated Bedrock Server in the "Friends" list. When the server software (on my Windows 10 laptop) is running, the number in the "Friends" tab header changes from blank to 1, but the server itself is not listed. I use this server for a shared world for my son and I to play. Have been unable to access that world for over a week, now.

I also can't load anything but the default skins of Steve and Alex. (Otherwise it just hangs at the "loading your skin" dialog.
