Advanced Mining Template crashes when launching

      My son and I are new to Minecraft and just purchased the Advanced Mining Template for $9.99... The Minecraft app opens fine and then when the Advanced Mining world is launching it crashes and closes down the Minecraft app... My son was excited to use the Advanced Mining and did extra jobs to earn the $9.99 so is very disappointed that it’s not working... Can someone please help with a fix?
