When using minecraft realms, randomly within 1-5 minutes the client will stop getting updates (minecarts will freeze in place, mobs will stop moving, and breaking blocks will not drop any entities).  The client will then show an error saying it disconnected from the server.

While the app is open or resumed from suspend all future attempts to connect to the realm will fail.

If the app is closed (pinch to pull up app list and up swipe to close the suspended app), when it is reopened the first attempt to connect will succeed.

This bug is consistently occurring on every use of the 2019 iPad Pro since 11/9.

Attempting to localize the error and potential external causes showed that rebooting the WiFi, router, and iPad device had no effect.

This does not appear to be occurring when connecting to the same realm at the same time via an older iPad devices running 1.13 OS, the Nintendo Switch, and the XBox One.
