Fails to finish saving on exit

      I load game play, try to quit and save, game does not finish saving process. Yesterday I left plugged in and left for work( nine hour shift), came back and was still on same screen, still not finished saving. Have to force quit and then loose all progress made. PLEASE FIX A.S.A.P.
