      Hello!

      This bug in bedrock 1.13.1 is a quite disastrous one:

      ITEM: Bell

      TO REPRODUCE: Hold a bell

      TRY THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

      >>> You cannot place a bell

      >>> You cannot move the bell to anywhere in your inventory or any storage blocks

      >>> You cannot break blocks holding it

      >>> An interesting thing that I found:

                      If you try breaking a bed (From the top side), the bed may change to a red bed by a random time. That red bed when broken, will drop the corresponding bed

       

      I hope this bug comes to your notice and you are able to fix it.
