Snow forms under certain configurations of slabs

      1. Go to snowy biome
      2. Build staggered floating slabs (see screenshots)
      3. Clear snow under them
      4. Turn rain on
      5. Snow forms under them

      It's fairly slow buildup, and seems to occur only under certain directions (east-west rows)
