So basically, whenever I want to play Minecraft Bedrock WIndows 10 PC, it would take me 15 minutes + to get on. I always get stuck on the blank page. So I open up Minecraft, and the mojang logo appears, then its followed by a blank page, then a loading page with bars and the Minecraft text. Then there's the page with the splash text and marketplace etc. 

Thing is, I always get stuck on the second page, the blank page. Waiting forever doesn't help, only having mc running in the background doesn't help, deleting a lotta old files doesn't help. Only closing minecraft and reopening minecraft just to get stuck on the blank page helps. I have to open and re open minecraft 20+ times for me to finally get past the blank page and onto the loading page, then the Minecraft page with the marketplace and settings and skin page. 

If I was to say, I get past the blank page once every 30 times. 30 times of closing and opening the Minecraft window. I have seen other posts about people getting stuck on the LOADING page on mobile, but this is the BLANK page before the loading page. And this is WIndows 10 Bedrock edition 1.13.3.
