The whole descrption is pretty much in the title. When i slide my finger on the touch arrows to move sideways (important when pvping) the touch buttons kind of like disappear maybe or then it just too easily switches to head turn mode or whatever (circle on screen) 

i think this bug came before 1.13.3 but im not exactly sure when
