My Minecraft is random crashing and my xbox is turning off.

No matter it's new world, or existing, local or realms.

No matter i play on windows 10 (on windows, application is quitting) or my xbox one. 

On existing world every time my minecraft crash my minecart with hopper under sugarcane farm disappear. when i deactivates it the game is still crashing. at least 1 times per hour. but it happens more often

I thought that my world is corrupted but when i create new world it happening randomly again and again. i tried reinstalling game, clearing console cache, factory reset console, but nothing helped.
