Once completed 30 d. trial  thru MS store, help dept. had to complete the full game install by creating an new XBOX acct with new gametag. Being new to the game I realized I was missing bundled items after seeing  a video. Xbox help desk after 6 hrs uninstall/reinstall lost my 114 hrs of gameplay after reassuring me I wouldn't lose anything. Bottom line, I finally ended up accessing achievement screens, bundle items still missing, my game has never been listed on the Xbox app page for reasons unknown. It appears in the store and MS acct only. I can only request a refund at this point, all too unpredictable. Why 3 Xbox apps?
