Can’t get the new update and can’t play with friend!

      I guess my bedrock game is supposed to be on 1.14 but it says 1.13.1 I have yet to get bees and I can’t join my friend (who is on ps4) bc when I try to it says “outdate client” I checked software and it says I am updated. What do I do?
