PlayStation
I'm sorry but I was told that my purchased content would be accessible across all platforms that I have that are this version. It works fine for my Nintendo Switch and my Windows 10 but on my PS4 I do not see my purchased content. I also see that my gamertag is not the same in the Marketplace and I don't know why that is. It is showing my PSN gamertag not my Microsoft one. I just want to be able to use my favorite skin on PS4 instead of having to repurchase the skin pack all over again. When I tried to unlink I was given an error message saying I could not do that. I'm almost tempted to delete the game and redownload it but I don't want to break anything. Is there something I can do to fix this?
Summary of screenshots:
-Minecraft_20191212193234.jpg = The error message I got for trying to unlink the accounts.
-Minecraft_20191211002356.jpg = PS4's Marketplace showing gamertag in the upper part of screen. This one is different from my Xbox and is my PSN so I'm not sure as to why it would be different when the Switch shows the Microsoft gamertag.
-Minecraft_20191211173349.jpg = The PS4's main menu for Minecraft.
-win 10 screenshot1 marketplace.png = Windows 10 Marketplace menu showing the Microsoft gamertag.

Any thoughts on this as to why this is happening? Did I do something wrong in updating my PS4's version of the game? Thanks for whatever help you can provide.
