Hi there,
Hopefully someone can help me - Nintendo support were 0 help!
I got Minecraft on Wednesday 11th via the Nintendo e-shop. It worked fine all of Wednesday night, all of Thursday morning and now - Friday evening, the game will not work.
I tried to open a world, it comes up and says "Software closed due to an error". I tried to reinstall the game, I have checked for corrupt data, I have reset the Switch.
I have contacted Nintendo support and they were horrendously awful. They've basically told me to go away and come to you guys for support...
I'm out £20 and I honestly just want to cry (yes I'm dramatic! haha). I brought this game to play in bed during chronic pain flareups and tonight was one of them - so not great.
