Profile error blocking me from marketplace and skins

      I am unable to access the marketplace or the skins associated to my account due to some error. i have also lost about 700 in Minecoins

          We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-57394, so we will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.

          i am also having this issue, although i have updated minecraft to beta then it started doing this and i reinstalled it on the normal update and it still is like this, it also effects minecraft on my phone

          I have this issue on the Nintendo Switch platform. My purchased skins, world templates and resource packs aren't available for me to use.

          Me too, I have 1.14.0 on Windows 10. I had about 100 Minecoins and various skins (including various worlds) and they just disappeared :/
