Whenever I try to use any of my purchased skin packs, instead of only them appearing in the owned menu all the locked purchasable skin packs appear instead and my purchased skin packs are no where to be seen. I tried putting the Xbox in offline mode but then when I try to change skin the character models don't load and the little moving "loading bars" are displayed instead and the create character button which should say edit character is greyed out. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Just tried loading a world then pressing start and the x to change my skin that way. Again the models dont load just the loading bars and when I press B to exit back to the game it just displays the message "multiplayer restricted skin pack" and I cant exit the menu. I have to restart Minecraft and use the default steve skin
