Ive paid for this gme which has stopped working on my sons cellphone

Ive tried it all...uninsalled...installed again over and over..updated etc..

Upon entering the game it gives him a black screen and kicks him out

He cant pla and its really frustrating..been for months now

Ive typed you guys before but havent received ANY replies as yet..Im really up in arms...he misses this badly and cant join his friends in playing..

Please help asap!
