When we are signed in we can go to settings to unlink your Microsoft account from PS4 and when I do that and yes I do select all the options it lets me click on the unlink button so I do but it says it failed plz check your internet connection and I have WiFi on it plz fix it I want to link my Microsoft to my new PS4 account
