Ever since the 1.14.1 update no mobs carry armor or swords at all. I have a spawner farm and the only thing I’ve gotten from it has been arrows bones and rotten flesh but no armor. The mobs visibly have no armor and I have not seen any mobs outside either that carry armor or weapons.
