Logged in to Minecraft Bedrock on my Xbox One and it has completely erased my custom skin that I created through the character creator, and replaced it with the default Alex skin. Thinking it may be some sort of network snafu, I loaded up Minecraft Earth on my mobile device, and sure enough my custom skin is completely gone. I went into the character creator again in both places, and it appears to have been completely overwritten on the server somehow, without my permission or intervention.

Would appreciate both fixing the skin back to where it was this morning, as well as addressing whatever bug is going on at your end that overwrote it in the first place.
