What I expected to happen was...:
I put a torch at the border of the map on snow
I expected that the torch just stay the block

What actually happened was...:
The torch stick on bedrock

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take a torch and go to the border of the map
2. Now put the torch on a block with snow
3. The torch will stick on the invissible bedrock
