Hello!

I’ve been unable to connect to my friend’s realm on my Switch ever since I connected to it on another device - where it froze. Since then when I try to login my friends can see my avatar and even kill it, but all I ever get is the purple loading screen.

I’ve tried to leave the realm and add it through the invite again, disconnect and reconnect my Microsoft account and I’ve even reinstalled the game on my switch but I still get the purple screen and then the Switch’s “The application had to be closed due to an error” message when I quit the game. Playing in my own worlds works and I can even connect to external servers but no matter what I do I can’t connect to my friend’s realm.

I’m since been able to connect to the realm through Windows 10 but I still haven’t been able to connect on my Switch which is my main driver
