I have seen other people on these forums with similar issues but none are exactly like the one I'm having. Anyways, I have a somewhat okay PC with a graphics card more than powerful enough to run Minecraft (Radeon RTX 570) and anIntel Core i3. The problem i am having is that when i am playing in a world in fullscreen, my framerate has subtle but noticeable stutters constantly. However, when i play in windowed, the framerate is buttery smooth with no issues. There is an interesting twist to this though. If i open the AMD software and monitor my framerate, it is around 90-200 always (whetherMinecraft is in fullscreen orwindowed), with all the graphics setting turned to max. Even if I turn the render distance down to 8 chunks and anti-aliasing and all the fancy graphics turned off, the metrics will say around 300 FPS on average! I have tried messing around with my graphics card's settings and reinstalling drivers and all the good stuff but the problem still persists; The game visually stutters while in fullscreen but not windowed.
My PC specs:
Intel Core i3-4170
8 GB DDR3 Memory
Radeon RX 570 Series GPU
500GB Samsung SSD 860 EVO
600W EVGA power supply
