I have never had this problem until now, I went to build a rail way system 6 powered rails followed by 2 normal rails powered by red stone torch the mine cart shakes and no player can get in. the shaking does not occur on normal rails only powered rails when powered, i have tried using different blocks under neath , redstone blocks, elevating the track off the ground and more, but to no avail.
