minecart and rail bug

      what i expected to happen was when i destroyed the cart i would be on the block
      what really happened was i fell through the block
      steps to reproduce
      1 put a block in the air
      2 place a rail on it
      3 place a minecart on it
      4 get in the minecart
      5 destroy the minecart
