Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have two different copies of Minecraft open and connected to the same world, one needs to be using Windows 10 or Android (client A) and one in any other platform (client B)
2. On Client A, change your skin from Character Creator to a Custom Classic Skin
3. Observe the chat message notifying the skin change in Client B
Observed Results:
The "Custom" word is localized in the language of Client A (for example, Client A in Spanish and Client B in English shows "Player has changed to Personalizar skin" for Client B).
Expected Results:
The "Custom" word is localized in the language of Client B (aka itself) ("PlayerGamerTag has changed to Custom skin").
I have the game on English and all of my friends in Spanish.
When they change their custom skins in Android and/or Windows 10, I get "PlayerGamerTag has changed to Personalizar skin" where it should be "PlayerGamerTag has changed to Custom skin" (or something like that). The same happens when I change my skin and they see "PlayerGamerTag ha cambiado al aspecto Custom" instead of the proper Spanish text.
