On the 1.15.0.1 beta, it was said that "Enchanted skulls and items now show enchanted effect", however, the enchant command and anvils do not allow us to actually enchant blocks, skulls and normal items, although this was seen in the screenshots highlighting this update on twitter. Please fix this issue
