At any point in the game, the sound will stop and a second or two later, the game crashes.  We can lose up to 45 minutes to an hour of time.  There is no warning, other than no audio of the crash.  There is no one action associated with the crash.  While we have always had an issue with this, generally 1-2 times per day, after the patch a couple days ago the game has gotten incredibly worse.  We are crashing 4-5 times per hour.  The game is unplayable, yet we are still paying for it!  Please help.
