Since 1.13 I have the problem:

If I close Minecraft and then open it again, I can break blocks, but not pick them up; and if I place a block it crashes ... If I open my Minecraft World again everything is not normal, the World has no Name anymore, the seed is different than before -> this creates Chunk Errors, the Setting are like starting a new world.
